Return and Refunds

RETURN POLICY

You can return most new, unopened items (products complete, in perfect condition, unworn, clean, in their original packaging, with their cardboard label) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be reported in advance to the AlmiroMode service

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. contact us via the following email: info@almiromode.com

2. Replace the products in their original unworn packaging, with labels.

3. stick the return form (provided by our customer service) on the outside of the packaging on the old form so that there is no shipping error.

4. Ship your package with the service provider advised by our Customer Service.

REFUND

Your refund will be provided within four weeks of handing over your package to the return carrier, but in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. This period includes the delivery time for us to receive your return from the sender (5 to 10 working days), the time to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 working days) and the time processing of our refund request by your bank (5 to 10 working days).

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and amount to €8.90 (in France and it may cost more to other EU countries). This amount will be deducted from your refund. Any promotional item cannot be returned or exchanged.
