Return eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they are returned:

Unworn, unwashed, clean

In original condition

With all tags/labels attached

In the original packaging
All returns must be requested and approved in advance by contacting AlmiroMode customer service.
Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
How to request a return (return label provided by AlmiroMode)

Email us at info@almiromode.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Place the item(s) securely in the package, with the return form inside (if provided).

Ship the return using the label and method we provide.
We recommend returning items as soon as possible after approval to ensure quick processing.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Please note: depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping fee (deducted from your refund)
Return shipping is organized by AlmiroMode via a provided return label. The return shipping fee is deducted from your refund:

Metropolitan France: €8.90 deducted per return shipment

Other EU countries: the return fee may be higher depending on the country and carrier. The exact amount will be confirmed by our customer service during the return approval process, and deducted from your refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us at info@almiromode.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
